I got a new Bible for Christmas (around the last time I posted something on this blog). It has a ton of lined pages in the back for taking notes. It’s the perfect place to write down quotes I hear during sermons. Here are a few of my favorites from the last couple months.

“Problems are not for solving, they are for growing.” is my favourite but I think we could all stand to learn from them all.
My favorite is definitely: "Courage is being the only one who knows you're afraid." I actually stopped at that one and stared and thought, "Wow. That's crazy good." One I heard a few weeks ago that I loved: "Don't tell God you have a big problem, tell your problem you've got a big God."
I like “Fear is a tool of the devil. Faith is a tool of God."
A lot of Christians try to convince people to become saved by using the fear of going to hell for not accepting Jesus. But God doesn't want your fear, he wants your faith. If you truly follow Jesus, you believe in him out of faith, not fear. :) Great post btw! Keep it up!
I love "Fear is the darkroom where negatives are developed." I like it because it's true, your negative thoughts are made from fear. You are afraid of the negatives in life, but if you head on with faith, you work past the fear and the negatives.
I haven't really heard any good quotes but I do like "Life is not waiting for the storm to pass, but to learn to dance in the rain"-Unknown
